Updated look
Here is an updated look inside the first of our racing levels. While there is still some placeholder work in there and some further work needed, you can get a good indication of how the level will play.
Fly into the mouth of the tree and emerge out on the mountain

Glide over the bridge and towards the finish
We updated the look of our game a bit by implementing skyboxes and lightbaking our scenes. In order to make the game feel more alive we’re using animated skyboxes which rotate over time.
Network damage
Finally we can actually interact with each other using the new shooting mechanic. Shooting is done through client authentication but with some extra security over the network to make sure shots are legit

Environment Assets
Added new system for the coloring of all assets. All assets have the same material to optimize performance. The texture on the material is divided into 8×8 pixels each pixel having a different color. By UV unwrapping you can now drag individual parts of models into the right color.
